Facebook - Barn Buddy!!!

Since most of my office mates are into Facebook, I joined it and I never expected that I will be enjoying like they do. One of my favorite game is "Barn Buddy" where you will be able to earn money from planting and the more your lever gets higher you will be able to plant more different kind of vegetables on your farm.

I also get to steal crops from my friends barn when I visited them or gain more experience when I help them water their plants, remove bugs and remove weeds.

It is really fun, it's kinda relaxing for me, before I went to bed, I check my barn to make sure that everything in order....

Transformers 2 - Better than the 1st!!!

I have watched both part 1 and part of transformers and I must say that the 2nd part is far more better than the first, more action, you can understood the reason for Fallen revenge, according to some people the films is more on action and less in conversation, which is good for me because you get to enjoy the cinematography and the effects that way.

Children will appreciate the film or should I say love this movie. I really hate it when Optimus Prime died by rescuing Sam but he is also the one who revive him. I am pretty sure that this film is being watch by millions of millions of people.

A fantastic film that anyone will regret if they fail to watch this.....love it....

Watch the official trailer below.......

Goodbye Michael Jackson

Early today I learned that Michael Jackson died, I was at work and my office mate is speaking to a customer in the U.S. and she was told that Michael Jackson died. AT first we don't believe it but we realize that it was coming from a person who lives in the U.S. and since we work in a call center and cater American customers.

I love Michael Jackson music especially during my teenage years, we love his dance step and his style back then. He is too young to died at the age of 50, it was stated in the news that he must died from cardiac arrest.

If you wish to read the complete story please click here....

Condolence to Michael Jackson's family....

Michael at the age of 11

Swine Flu (A H1N1) Education - part 5 (final)

As I came to last part of sharing what have I learned about swine Flu virus, I am hoping that I was able to provide you information which can be helpful because we really never know when an individual get infected if you don't take necessary precautions or education about the said virus.

What Measures Should You Take if Traveling?

As with other infectious illnesses, one of the most important preventive practices is careful and frequent hand washing. Cleaning your hands often, using either soap and water or alcohol-based hand rubs/sanitizer.

Try to avoid close contact with sick people.

What should you do if if You May Have Been Exposed?

-> Monitor your health for 7 days.

-> If you become ill with fever and develop a cough or difficulty of breathing, or if you develop any illness during this 7 days period, consult a doctor.

-> At first contact with your doctor or health-care provider, remember to give the following information:

* your symptoms
* whether or not you had direct poultry contact
* where you traveled

-> Do not travel while sick, and limit contact with others as much as possible to help prevent the spread of any infectious illness.

Note: In the event a pandemic, you should be prepared for the possibility that you and dependents may be expected to remain as your duty station because of the risk of travel.

Swine Flu (A H1N1) Education - part 4

How do you Reduce the Chances of Spreading Influenza?

* Practice good personal hygiene as listed in part 3
* Don't share eating utensils and drinking glasses
* Clean utensils used by sick people or surfaces they touch with warm, soapy water or disinfectant.
* Avoid crowded situations that place you in close contact with others.
* Don't smoke, Smoking make it easier to catch influenza and increases the likehood of serious complications.
* Stay home if sick with fever or cough.

How Do you Care for Yourself and Others?

Caring for yourself

The following are few of the things you or those you are caring for can do to help influenza symptoms. Of course, if the influenza appears to more severe, you should consult doctor immediately.

-> Measures your temperature, If it is not above 39 degree Celsius (100.4F), you probably don't have influenza.
-> Rest and avoid rigorous exercise.
-> Avoid contact with others.
-> Stay at home.
-> Drink plenty of fluids (glass of water of juices every hour).
-> Take paracetamol to reduce fever and relieve pain ( it wont kill the virus but makes you feel better).
-> Gargle with warm water to ease sore throat.
-> Use salt solution nose drops to help relieve a stuffed nose.
-> Keep your nose clean with disposable tissue paper and throw the used tissue papers in the right place and don't forget to wash hands after wards.
-> Don't smoke

Caring for others

Most patients with pandemic influenza will be able to remain at home during the course of their illness and can be cared for by other family members or others who live in the household. Anyone residing in a household with an influenza patient during the incubation period and illness is at risk for developing influenza. A key objective in the setting to lime in transmission of the pandemic influenza within outside the home. Even though there is a risk of transmitting the virus, people are going to hve to take care of each other if they got sick.

Management of Influenza Patient

Physically separate the patient with influenza from non-ill persons lint in the same home as much as possible. It would be nice if you have separate room for the sick person to isolate. Consider also how would you ventilate the room, It is important that the air from the room is expelled to the outside of the house and not back into the house.

* To minimize the risk of spreading the virus, only the caregiver should only be the one to visit the sick person room. and be reminded to always wash hands, wearing a mask is suggested.

* Patient should not leave the home during the period when they are most likely to be infectious to others ( 7 days from the onset of symptoms for adults or until 24-48hours after resolution of symptoms, whichever is longer). If necessary to leave home for medical care, patient should follow respiratory etiquette (cover mouth when coughing, sneezing or wear surgical mask)

* If the patient choose to wear a mask, place it over the nose, mouth and chin and secure in place with either elastic bands provided. Make sure to properly dispose that surgical mask after use.

How do you Reduce the Risk of Exposure During Transport to Work.

Public transport should be avoided. Options for transport to workplace, In order of preference from a risk perspective are the following.

-> Travel alone with you vehicle - under such circumstances, no special protective measures are required.
-> Travel alone in a rented vehicle - On the first acquisition of the vehicle, commonly touched surfaces (door handles, driving controls surfaces in immediate vicinity of seating should be wiped down with a recommended disinfectant solution). Hands should be washed any wipe down procedure.
-> Shared travel where passengers come within 1 meter of one another - vehicle occupants are advised to wear surgical mask while in the vehicle. Commonly touched surfaces should be wiped down with recommended disinfectant solution before each use of the vehicle. All occupants should wash hands soon after leaving the vehicle, and avoid touching their faces during transport. Hands should be washed after any wipe down procedure.

Swine Flu (A H1N1) Education - part 3

To continue giving out information about influenza viruses and I am hoping that through this I was able to help and educate people. Check part one and part two for more information.

Things to know about human influenza viruses:

* They spread through infected droplets from breathing passages.
* Droplets are expelled by talking, spitting, coughing and sneezing.
* The droplets spread about 1 meter from the infected person, either directly to other people or indirectly through hands and other surfaces.
* The viruses can live for several hours on hand surfaces, or on cloth and paper.
* If healthy people touch infected hands, doorknobs, keyboards, telephones, etc., they can infect themselves by touching mouths, noses or eyes.
* sometimes the viruses can spread through the air.
* It is possible that an infected person will spread the virus a day before showing sign of illness.

How do you know if you already have Influenza?

Seasonal Influenza:

* Fever
* Headache
* Aching muscles
* Exhaustion and feeling weak
* Loss of appetite
* Sore throat
* Runny or stuffy nose
* Dry cough

Pandemic Influenza:

While the first symptoms of pandemic Influenza might be similar to the seasonal flu symptoms, the symptoms develop will depend on the nature of the specific virus. It is likely that most people will recover without needing medical attention, but the following symptoms may help you decide if you need to seek medical help:

* Shortness of breath while resting or doing very little task.
* Persistent fever for 4 or 5 days
* Painful of difficult in breathing
* Cough a lot phlegm or bloody sputum
* Wheezing
* You are feeling better and then you develop a new fever or worsening cough with sputum
* You feel very drowsy and others have difficulty waking you up or you seem confused/disoriented

Please be reminded that in a pandemic, medical services will be overwhelmed and some might even be closed. So it is important for you and your family to prepare for at home care if the worst should happen.

Table below show the difference between influenza symptoms and those of a common cold.

How do you Reduce Risk of Contracting Influenza?

Personal Hygiene - the practice of good personal hygiene is one of the most effective strategies any individual can do to reduce risk of being infected by flu virus. Important things to know:

* Cover the and mouth when the sleeve when coughing or sneezing (not with hands, as that contaminates the hands for touching and spreading organisms further);
* Use tissue for cleaning/blowing the nose, and dispose it after use;
* Clean your hands after coughing or sneezing, using tissue paper. If you are using surgical mask, dispose it after use and wash your hands.
-----Wash hands with soap and water, or clean it with alcohol bases hand cleaner.
----- When you wash your hands, wash at least for 20 seconds, make sure that all surfaces of hands and finger are cleaned.
* Become "touch aware", and avoid touching surfaces that are likely to he been touched by others (door handles, stair railings, etc.).
* Avoid hand shaking, social kissing, and other social rituals that involve touching others.
* Be careful with respiratory secretions when around other people (coughing, sneezing). If possible, avoid contact with individual at risk until respiratory symptoms have resolved.

Happy Father's Day!!!

Father's Day is celebrated every 2nd Sunday of June in most countries including Philippines, we celebrated this day to honor and commemorate our father. I have grown with only little memory of my father my mother is the one who supported me and my sister.

Instead of saying Happy Father's Day to my dad, I will say Happy Parent Day to my MOM, because she is the one who stood for us all these years. Lucky are those who have known their father, love them, treasure those memories good or bad because I have none.

HAPPY PARENT DAY to my MOM and Happy Father's Day to all the father in the world.

Swine Flu ( H1N1) Education - part 2

Here is the second of the information gathered referring to the Swine Flu (H1N1) virus, kindly check the first part...

What is Pandemic?

Influenza pandemics happen when a new human influenza virus emerges and spreads rapidly across the globe because humans have no previous immunity against the so called virus.

Are We Risk of Pandemic?

No one can basically say if the current situation would evolve in a sever pandemic. Whether if it turns out to be a catastrophic health event or littl more that a bad flu season, it is suggested to be prepared for the worst.

What Can We Do?

Prepare ourselves and our family immediately for a possible pandemic. It includes gathering and storing emergency supplies and adopting habits that will reduce the chance of us and our family from getting infected and giving to others, like washing our hands regularly, covering our nose and mouth when sneezing or coughing and please don not spit in public.

What is U.N. Doing?

United Nations organization are working to educated and inform staff about the threat of a pandemic and how best to prepare for it. Departments and offices have prepared business continuity plans and decided which functions are to be considered critical during pandemic. Non-critical functions may be suspended for a period in the event of a severe pandemic, most staff will be requested to remains at home and follow United Nation's medical guidelines. Kindly check also UN pandemic website.

Difference between Seasonal and Pandemic Influenza

Are you at Risk?

Seasonal Influenza

Everyone is at risk of getting seasonal influenza. It passes easily from person to person through droplets expelled from nose and mouth and an infected person. These droplets can pass directly into the nose, mouth or eyes of a person who is nearby (less than 1 meter, or 3 feet away) or directly when a person touches surfaces that droplets have fallen onto and then touches his or her nose, mouth or eyes before washing hands. Crowded indoor environments may promote the chances of such transmissions, which may explain the increase in respiratory infections during winter months.

Seasonal Influenza can lead to a complications and even death. Most complications occur in people aged 65 years old and above or in people with pre-existing medical conditions such as heart or lung diseases and diabetes. Pregnant women, infants and very young children are also at increased risk of complications from influenza.

The World Health Organization (WHO) estimates that each year 3 million to 5 million people have severe cases of seasonal influenza worldwide, and 250, 000 to 500,000 people die.

Pandemic Influenza

When pandemic occurs, everyone will be at risk, not just frail or elderly people. Pandemic influenza passes from person to person just as easily and quickly as seasonal flu. But, unlike with seasonal flu, people will not be immune to this new virus, so many people will become infected. in addition, it is possible that even young and healthy people who do not normally suffer complications from seasonal flu may develop serious complications and even die in a pandemic.

It is important to know, however, that the majority of people who will develop a flu like illness in a pandemic will recover and develop immunity to the new human virus.

My Friends Pet Chloe Died!!!

My friend Rhea had a nice cute dog pet (pug), ever since I have known she always talk about Chloe and I am sorry to hear that she died around 4am today (Manila time).

She just gave birth to 4 lovely puppies 3 days ago, this is the second time she had an operation for giving birth. She is not lucky with her first pregnancy because all the puppies died after a month.

This time she's not so lucky, I don't know what went wrong with her operation 3 days ago and the stitches that the doctor did was ripped off and according to Rhea, Chloe might scratch it and her wound opened but the sad part is that her intestines came out and as soon as they found this out they rushed her to veterinary doctor.

The doctor advice them to have Chloe admitted in the clinic for fast recovery and for observation after the second operation and they were told that they can get her again the following day. It was midnight, the doctor release Chloe and they were told that she is in pain and that is the cause why she don't move much.

Four hours has fast and they were shocked when they found out that she stop moving and breathless. Rhea calls this morning, she is crying all night due to this incident.

She can't figure out what had happen with the operation that they end up losing Chloe. We really don't know, is it the veterinarian's fault that she dies because she was not treated right the first time or she suffers from internal bleeding for her second operation. I asked Rhea to talk to the Veterinarian for this.

I am really sorry for lost my friend; I know that you love Chloe so much. Like what I have told you earlier, take care of her puppies. They need you now more than ever.

Personal Moving and Storage!!!

Here is another survey from dNeero, it's all about your opinion when moving? Do you agree about hiring professionals when moving, is it safe, is convenient, and a lot more. Share your thoughts about moving and renting personal storage for junk and stuffs.

Swine Flu ( H1N1) Education - part 1

SWINE FLU

As I wish to know more about the Swine Flu virus, I have tried to gathered information from different websites, doctor's seminar about this virus, I even ask hand outs from various hospitals and health center to learn more about this influenza pandemic. As I educate myself about these, I wish to share it to my readers and to the world what I have learned as I seek information about this and how can we help one another to eliminate or lessen the spread to this so called Swine Flu virus.

What is Swine Flu ( The New Influenza A (H1N1) virus?

Swine Influenza is a respiratory disease of pigs caused by type A influenza virus that regularly causes high levels of illness and low death rates in pigs. Swine influenza viruses may circulate among swine throughout the year, but most out breaks occur during the late fall and winter months similar to outbreaks in humans. The classical swine flu virus was first isolated from a pig in 1930.

The recent outbreaks of disease in people globally by a new influenza A (H1N1). There is a human H5N1 virus circulating and causing seasonal influenza and in the past, very occasionally, H1N1 virus causing illness now is new and in the current outbreaks it is clear that this virus is able to infect humans and be passed from person to another person. We all know that part of this virus originated from pigs but still there is no evidence that current spread of infection is coming from the source.

How does Swine Flu Spread?

In the past the spread of this virus is limited and not sustained three people. Now this new virus is thought to happening in the same way that seasonal influenza spreads. Flu viruses are spread mainly from person to person through coughing or sneezing of people with influenza. Sometimes people may become infected by touching something with flu viruses on it and then touching their mouth or nose.

What to do to keep from getting infected?

Very important wash your hands. try to stay in good general health, Get plenty of sleep, be physically active, manage your stress, drink plenty of fluids, and eat nutritious food. Try not touch surfaces that may be contaminated with someone with flu virus and avoid close contact to sick people.

Remembering Philippines Independence Day!!!

I went to Makati, Manila and hand over some stuff for my special someone who's miles way because someone will be leaving for Qatar this coming Saturday. I am riding LRT (Light Rail Transit) from Makati back to my place, I have notice the Philippine flag on the ticket and state the Philippines Independence Day (June 12).

I though about this holiday, Philippines Independence Day declaration occured back in June 12, 1898. We Filipinos around the world celebrate this day in commemoration of Filipinos freedom back on that day.

Since I work in a call center environment and the holiday that I always notice is the one that the United States have if it is holiday with and same thing goes for us. It really happens that we lost track of our own date because we follow U.S. time and date.

I felt sorry thingking of these because I have read one article that Filipinos in the U.S. gathered around and organize a parade to honor this special day. Deep down I am still proud eventhough I work to provide in a call center who cater U.S. based company, I know that I work for my family, my love ones and for my country.

Good Phone Service - Poor Customer Relation!!!

I have PLDT (Philippine Long Distance Telecommunications) for my phone and internet service, the phone and the internet is good, since I have their service for nearly 2 years I have not encountered and problem not my line got disconnected and talking about internet connections, its fast and very seldom you'll encounter intermittent connection.

I have 2 lines and decided to disconnected my other phone and wish to transfer my existing phone to a different conduit, I tried doing it myself but i cannot locate the exact location of my existing line and I decided to call PLDT customer service to request a technician to come to my place and help me on this.

I called them last Monday and they promise that it the line man will be in premise between 24 to 48 hours, last Wednesday I called again to follow up my request because its around 5pm already and no one showed up, and found out that there are request made for me.

I was disappointed knowing this, I stay calm and try to understand the mistake of the first representative that I spoke with, we reprocess the same request and they mentioned that they will do it as a priority request and imagine that up to this date i have not seen a technician from PLDT in my area.

Yesterday, I called them again and the representative that I have on the line cannot give me any definite answer, I stay calm, and ask her nicely to hand over the call to her supervisor. Guess what no available supervisor because they are currently engage with a call, possibly because I have spoken to numerous agent and no one can give me a direct answer to a very simply question which "what happen and when can I expect a line man", maybe some customer also is having problem with their customer relation that they cannot resolve an issue on agent level and supervisor need to handle the calls.

The representative promise me that her supervisor will call me anytime yesterday and I have waited all day for that call because I needed a feedback, I called them again and the alibi is that she is on break and will call me after 2 minutes, 3o minutes had pass and still no call, I called them again for the last time because it is really tiring and I decided to cancel the service and go with somebody else, while demanding for a supervisor the agent told me that she is calling me so I hung up the phone and finally I was able to speak to a supervisor after 5 days.

The supervisor promise me again for another call back to give the details or confirmation about my request. It's almost night here and still no call from her. I decided to call them and ask for her but she is on a call, the representative that spoke with mentioned that it is confirmed that that technician will be on my place after lunch tomorrow. I am hoping it to happen.

If not only for nice connection of PLDT service I will definitely terminate my account with them and go with another provider.

Tommorow is their last chance and if still nothing happened I have no choice but to terminate their service.

Good luck to me. I am only sharing my experience and thanks for reading....

Have a nice day and keep on smiling...

Successful Pussy Cat Dolls Concert in Manila 2009!!!

Pussy Cat Dolls concert in Manila in the SM Mall of Asia concert ground last June 11 was a, Filipinos is so proud with half Russian American half Filipino member for these number all female group singer which is Nicole Scherzinger who happen to be their lead vocalist.

Truly Pussy Cat dolls is the number one all female group performing artist now in the world. They have shown again their talent to be the best and we Filipino are luck to have witness how good they are. These is the second time they have visited or perform here in the Philippines.

I have seen the news and they have a segment featured the Pussy Cat Dolls fever. In some bars they impersonate their performance, this is only a proof that they are good and people love them.

We Filipinos were looking forward to see Pussy Cat Dolls again in the future...more power to the group.

Swine Influenza - Kids are more affected!!!

I have the watched the Philippine evening news last night and I am so shocked knowing that the number of people affected by this illness is increasing rapidly, It have gone up to 111 cases as of yesterday and to my surprise that mostly children are the one affected.

When I first knew that a 10 year old kid is the first one who was diagnose to have swine influenza here in the Philippines, I am not so worried and hoping that it will stop there but 2 weeks later more and more people are being affected.

I even instructed my family to take more water everyday, take at least 500mg of vitamin c each day and I asked them not to take my nephew out in the open especially to unclean areas.

I even asked them to make sure that every time they came home they need to wash their hands thoroughly and do not touch anything inside the house unless they have washed their hands.

There are so many ways to prevent this epidemic and it has to start from each and everyone of us especially at home. Up to these date i have no idea if there is a cure for these virus. The only good thing I have heard from the news that the finding for those people who have been affected is not yet alarming according to the Department of Health because the stage is not yet so risky. Still it's a virus and those people need cure.

We should always remember that prevention is better than cure.

Panic Attack!!!

A panic attack is your body's way of reacting violently, when it is unable to cope up with stress, pressure and fatigue. Imagine the feeling of being nervous before a big presentation, multiply this by a thousand of viola, you have a classic panic attack. Not a good thing!

PANIC ATTACK WHEN....

* Your heart begins to palpitate
* You break into a cold sweat
* You suddenly find yourself trembling
* You're hyperventilating
* You have the chills
* You're feeling nauseated
* You get hot flashes
* You have pain in the abdominal or chest area
* You are lightheaded and dizzy
* You feel faint
* You experience the very strange sense of impending death
* You are almost certain that you are about to have a heart attack.

These thing are the symptoms of people having panic attack especially people who tend to work overtime, having so much to do that they don't know what should come first and people think too hard. Sometimes you feel angina and you intend to go to the doctor trying to know what's wrong. You feel a lot of different things in your body sometimes you experience blurry eye sight.

Panic Attack is also consider to be a symptom of anxiety.

According to the article that I have read in MEGA magazine, panic attack happens to people who is so workaholic, people who is always stress. The best remedy to this is very simple, take a day off, have vacation, in short relaxation is the best remedy.

Nathan's Swimming at Home with Friends - Part 1

Nathan did not enjoy his last swimming in Batangas last May, my sister decide to get a portable swimming pool for him.

On this video he don't want leave her mother side and play with his friends, watch out for next episode of his improvement with this swimming.

Finally We're Done Moving!!!

As the time stroke 12:00am Monday, we start moving to the new apartment. Many people say that 8 is one of the best days to move in to a new place. It has nothing against this belief and besides I am moving anyway so why not follow it. If eight is a lucky number for it has no end, it gives good luck.

Another thing is that moving in to a new house, you must move in first rice, water, salt, crucifix, cotton and some coins. This is another Filipino belief that if this things are first items that you move in to your new home, good fortune, good health, peace or should I say prosperity.

It's a long tiring night to everyone of us, but it was fun, I enjoy looking at my new place, it is more bigger compares to my previous apartment, I can rearrange my fixtures anytime I want, and the room is much bigger that I can move more freely.

I am so thankful that we were able to finish everything just for one day, we work until 6pm that day, and we only had like 3 to 4 hours of sleep.

The bottom line is the feeling of fulfillment and every one of us is content and happy for what we have accomplished.

Corregidor - Missed the Opportunity to Visit!!!

Corregidor Island is one best tourist spot in the Philippines. It has served a great defense point to enter Manila by sea during the World War II. It was General Douglas McArthur who uses Corregidor as an Allied headquarters during World War II.

Corregidor really served its purpose during that time to defend Philippines and up to this date you will see the remains of that event when you visit the island.

I am really so frustrated that when I visited Mariveles, Bataan last June 6, I was not able to visit the island again. I was very young the first time I visited the island. I don't even remember how it looks back then.

When you reach Mariveles, Bataan, all you have to do is ride a small boat to go there and in less than one hour you will reach the beautiful island of Corregidor.

I still remember that are canyon’s there that been used during the war, you can also enjoy the beautiful beach of Corregidor.

Corregidor is one beautiful spot that you will love and really hate to miss, If not only for the bad weather that day I will certainly go there, the boat man is discouraging us to sail due to bad weather and I said to myself "better luck next time". One of these days I will go back there and won’t leave without going back to Corregidor.

Visit to Mariveles!!!

Mariveles is one municipality in the province of Bataan, Philippines. Our Cjhay who is taking up nursing have a duty in "Mariveles Mental Hospital" for a week and he asked me to fetch him due to bad weather and he don't want to stay there til Monday.

Manila to Mariveles took me four and half hours travel on bus due to heavy rains, normally its only three hours. Mariveles to Manila three and a half hours, so the residence of Mariveles is correct.

Due to bad weather I was not able to explore the place, but while on the bus, you can't deny the the province beautiful scenery, the rice fields, goats and cows can be seen eating grass.

The road, so zigzag, if you are familiar about the curves going to Baguio, the zigzag of Mariveles is more steep.

Mariveles Mental Hospital, his experience in there is really different compare to the the hospotal that he's been assigned, they get to see different the types of mental disorder behavior in there and he felt so sad knowing the root cause why they had this illness, some due an experience and they can't move on because of the that, some because of love and some due to drug addiction.

It was a good experience to know this things, you learn something which is important.

I had a great time even I only stay their for only 2 hours and head back to Manila.

Summer is Really Over - Rainy Season is Here!!!

In the Philippines we only have tropical climate, summer is from March to May, rainy season is from June to November and the cold season is from December to February.

Early last month (May) we already experiencing rain showers but the weather are still hot, normally we experience heavy rains mid June of each years. I am so pleased that hot weather is over and my air conditioning will not be used that to save from power bill (hehehe).

Now that we are having early rain showers this year, everyone is advise to always have an umbrella, rain coat or jacket with them before leaving home for protection. This is also one way to prevent sickness. We must value our health for it is essential for each and everyone.

Be aware of the weather forecast, we need to know this at all times especially for those family that have children that go to school, we need to know if there's a typhoon coming to prepare ourselves from flood, heavy traffic from home to work.

We need to educate ourselves, secure our family and love ones, stay at home during bad weathers to avoid injuries and illness.

Remember prevention is always better than cure.
